Is it time to heal once and for all?

Welcome to this multidimensional and out-of-the-box yoga retreat in the magnificent land of Sri.Lanka. Here, were the Buddha used to breathe the same air thousands of years ago, we will get to the root of our healing process, while sharing time with nature in a tropical paradise.

to heal the mind there’s no time

Do you feel you are caught in an endless loop of hurting and healing? What prevents you to be healed once and for all?
In this retreat we will explore this questions with serenity and self-awareness in order to be able to have a fresh start with our hearts and minds. We’ll engage in meditation and heal our physical and emotional wounds together, allowing us to return to our daily tasks feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.

TO HEAL THE BODY REQUIRES ACTION AND SPACE

Sometimes we take for granted our body, and we think that because we are getting older, then it’s ok to be less flexible and lose physical mobility.
In this retreat you will understand deeply that many physical disadvantages can be solved, if we take action with our bodies.
Expect multiple physical yoga classes that will be tailored according to each individuals body types.

WHAT SETS THIS RETREAT APART?

In this retreat we will engage with multiple sources of energy to heal our bodies and our minds. From yoga classes in a traditional Shala, to Ayurvedic medicine and nourishing food, every cell of our body will feel the difference. We also have planned a surf lesson and painting workshop!

Everything is being carefully crafted for you to enjoy your time in Sri Lanka.

who is stefania zen yoga?

My Yoga  journey began nearly two decades ago, sparked by a personal quest for relief from scoliosis-induced back pain. Originally from Kyiv, I transitioned from administrative roles to working on film sets before settling in Paris in 2015 where I began teaching corporate yoga to alleviate tension and back pain among office colleagues.

Having deepened  my knowledge in Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga through studies in Rishikesh in 2022, further I had an opportunity to expand my expertise to include teaching Anatomy and Sequencing at a teacher training school in India. Now based in Sri Lanka, I am happy to welcome practitioners of all levels to join on a transformative journey, exploring the profound connection between mind and body through yoga. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or new to yoga, experience the joy of fostering overall well-being under my guidance.
