Your Investment is Protected

We understand that plans change. Here's our fair and transparent cancellation policy:

Cancellation Timeline

🟢 90+ Days Before Retreat

• 50% refund of deposit paid

• Remaining 50% covers administrative costs and held reservation

• Example: €337.50 refund on €675 deposit

🔴 Less Than 90 Days Before Retreat

• No refund

• All payments are non-refundable

• This is when we finalize numbers with accommodation, transport, and vendors

Special Circumstances

Medical Emergencies If you have a documented medical emergency preventing travel, we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis:

• Transfer your booking to a future retreat (within 12 months)

• Subject to availability and price adjustments if applicable

• Medical documentation required

Transfer to Someone Else Can't make it? You can transfer your spot:

• ✅ Allowed up to 60 days before retreat

• No transfer fee if transferee pays any remaining balance

• New participant must complete registration process

Important Notes

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to stefaniazenyoga@gmail.com

• Cancellation date is determined by when we receive your written notice

• Refunds processed within 14 business days to original payment method

• Deposits are non-transferable between different retreat dates without approval

• Changes to retreat dates/location by Stefania Zen Yoga: Full refund or transfer to new date
