Your nervous system has been at war for four years.
It's time to give it a way out.
The first course combining neuroscience and ancient vocal vibration to reset the stress trapped inside your body. Not meditation for people who are already calm. A nervous system intervention for people who are still standing.

You don't need anyone to explain what stress feels like. You live inside it.
This isn't weakness. This is physiology.
Four years of sirens, displacement, grief, and uncertainty have done something to your body that willpower alone cannot undo. Your autonomic nervous system is stuck in survival mode and it doesn't know how to come back.
"Just breathe" doesn't work because your nervous system has been hijacked. Meditation apps don't work because your mind is in a warzone even sitting still. Regular yoga doesn't work because when you're in crisis, the last thing you have is 90 minutes and a quiet room.
Sound Yoga: SOS for Your Nervous System
7 days · 7 crises · 7 sound tools that work with your body, not against it.
The vagus nerve is the longest nerve in your body. It runs from your brainstem through your throat, heart, lungs, and gut. It's the master switch between alarm and recovery.
When you hum or chant, vibration directly stimulates this nerve. fMRI research shows OM chanting produces the same brain deactivation as clinical devices used to treat depression and PTSD.
A 2023 clinical study found that humming produces a lower stress index than exercise, emotional stress, or even sleep, shifting heart rate variability to levels comparable to deep rest.

What you don't need
No yoga experience. No flexibility. No mat, special clothes, quiet room, or equipment. No belief system. You need 2 to 15 minutes and your own voice.

7 Tibetan Singing Bowls
Authentic bowls from Nepal. One per chakra. Personally recorded in Sri Lanka. Real instruments, not synthesisers.
Neuroscience, Not Mysticism
Every technique works through vagus nerve stimulation. The same mechanism in FDA approved devices for depression and epilepsy.
Crisis Ready Audio
7 audio practices, 3 to 5 minutes. Headphones in, wherever you are. Commuting, queuing, in a shelter, before a meeting.
7 Days. 7 Crises. 7 Tools.
Each day targets a specific crisis with a specific sound protocol.
Heart pounding, hands shaking, can't catch a full breath.
Tool: Grounding + MMMMM humming + LAM resonance
Staring at the ceiling. Thoughts looping endlessly.
Tool: OM chanting + yoga nidra with live Tibetan bowls
Anger with nowhere to go. At the war, the injustice, yourself.

Feeling nothing. Disconnected. Numb.
Tool: Gentle awakening + YAM heart resonance + AAAA
Same thoughts circling endlessly. What if, what if, what if.
Tool: Balancing breath + SO HAM rhythmic internal mantra
Shoulders concrete, jaw locked, neck frozen. Stress worn like armour.
Tool: Fluid movement + UUUUU vibration + yoga nidra body scan
Not a crisis tool. A resilience practice. Your nervous system's shock absorber.

I'm Ukrainian. I grew up in Kyiv. I left first to Paris, where I taught corporate yoga to executives who couldn't sleep. Then to Sri Lanka, where I lead retreats and daily online classes in English, French, and Ukrainian.
When the full scale invasion began, I watched my people enter a level of sustained stress that most wellness teachers have never experienced. This course exists because "normal" yoga was never designed for air raid sirens, displacement, and grief that doesn't end.

"I used the Panic Button before a pitch to investors. Hands shaking, heart hammering. 5 minutes of humming in the bathroom. Walked in a different person. It's my ritual before every big moment now."
"I'm a developer. I want data, not mantras. But insomnia was destroying me. Yoga nidra with the bowls works 7 out of 10 nights. Measured my pulse: down 16 BPM in 5 minutes. That's physiology, not belief."
"I cried during 'Thaw'. Not from pain, from relief. I cover the war as a journalist. I hadn't realised how disconnected I'd become from my own body. Stefania brings you back to yourself."
"I thought I managed stress. Turns out it managed me. After Day 3, instead of snapping at my team, I do 5 minutes of RAM with the door closed. They noticed the difference before I told them."
"When the kids are screaming and there's a siren and you're about to lose it: 2 minutes of humming. I'm not a perfect mother. But I'm a calmer one. My children feel it."
"I'm an atheist and data scientist. Stefania gave me vagus nerve, vagal tone, parasympathetic activation. I ran my own experiment. Consistent 12 to 18 BPM drop. That's a physiological intervention."
Honest answers
Your nervous system won't reset on its own. But it can reset in 7 days.
Every day without these tools is another night staring at the ceiling. Another jaw ache. Another flash of anger you'll regret.
The tools are ready. They take 2 minutes. They require nothing but your voice.
P.S. Your calm is not a luxury. Especially not now.
You deserve tools that work. Not someday, when the war is over. Now. Exactly as you are. In the middle of whatever you're carrying.
These tools don't ask you to change your life first. They meet you inside it.
P.P.S. Picture this, one week from now. It's 3 a.m. Your eyes open. The thoughts start. But instead of reaching for your phone, you close your eyes and begin a quiet OM. The vibration moves through your throat. Your vagus nerve fires. Your heart rate drops. Your jaw unclenches.
Seven minutes later, you're asleep. Not because you forced yourself to calm down. Because your body remembered how.
