Welcome to this transformative and grounding yoga retreat nestled in the heart of Albania's countryside at Botë Farms. Here, surrounded by rolling hills and fertile earth, we will learn to nurture our inner landscape, planting seeds of peace while tending to our growth in this rustic sanctuary.

In this retreat we will explore these questions with mindfulness and compassion, learning to till the soil of our hearts and minds. We'll engage in yoga and meditation practices that help us weed out what no longer serves us and plant what we wish to grow, allowing us to return to our daily lives feeling rooted, nourished, and ready to bloom.

“My yoga journey began nearly two decades ago, seeking relief from back pain. From Kyiv to Paris, where I taught corporate yoga, and now in Sri Lanka, I welcome all levels to explore yoga's mind-body connection.

With expertise in Hatha, Flow, Yin Yoga, meditation, and breathing exercises, I offer transformative yoga retreats and daily online classes in English, French, and Ukrainian. Join me for a holistic well-being experience.”

  • We offer several convenient travel options to reach our yoga retreat:

    1. Fly to Tirana International Airport Tirana is Albania's main capital and the most common entry point. From there, we provide transportation directly to the retreat to make your journey seamless.

    2. Ferry from Corfu, Greece If you're already in Greece or prefer a scenic route, you can take a ferry from Corfu to Albania. This is a beautiful way to arrive, traveling across the Ionian Sea.

    3. Fly to Vlorë Airport (available starting 2026) Beginning in 2026, you'll have an additional option! The new Vlorë Airport will be just 1 hour and 45 minutes from our farm, making travel even more convenient and reducing transfer time.

    Airport Transfers Included No matter which option you choose, we provide transportation to and from guest arrivals, so you can relax and let us handle the logistics. We'll coordinate all the details with you before your arrival to ensure a smooth, stress-free journey to your retreat experience.

    Travel Documents You'll Need:

  • Our retreat is located in Finiq, just outside of Saranda in southern Albania, where the climate is beautifully Mediterranean.

    Spring Season (March 31 - June 6):

    This is one of the most pleasant times to visit! During this period, you can expect:

    • Temperatures: Mild to warm, ranging from 15-25°C (59-77°F), gradually warming as we move from early April into June

    • Sunshine: Increasingly sunny days with 8-10 hours of daylight

    • Rainfall: Occasional spring showers in early April, becoming drier as we approach summer

    • Nature: The countryside is lush and green with wildflowers in bloom—absolutely stunning for yoga practice and outdoor activities
